It is my great honor and privilege to be the chair of the 2024 TACHE Conference Planning Committee and to officially invite you the 49th Annual TACHE State Conference in the beautiful city of San Antonio, TX.
As we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of our beloved organization and the 49th TACHE State Conference, I am proud to be leading a conference committee of dedicated and committed scholars, professionals, advocates, and leaders of Texas Higher Education. These leaders bring their own rich knowledge and experiences that support the conference in every step of the way..
This year's Conference theme is, "Crecemos con TACHE: Celebramos nuestros 50s to highlight the work, contributions, and dedication of nuestra gente to higher education in Texas." Committee members have been volunteering their time to participate in the planning of this year's conference, and they work with their full dedication and commitment to the success of the 2024 TCAHE State Conference. Our goal is to offer all professionals, scholars, students, and practitioners with a program that represents the outstanding endeavors, works, and contributions of nuestra gente, Chicanos/a/x/Latine/x/Hispanic to higher education in the Texas.
We invite you all to submit your proposals to the 2024 TACHE State Conference, Crecemos con TACHE. You can be part of the conference through different proposal formats such as: round tables, lectures, workshops, panels, and posters just to name a few. Please join us and share with our comunidad your work and success by submitting your proposals.
