Vendor Information

We are excited to announce that our Vendor Application for the 2023 TACHE State Conference is now open. This year, because of increased interest and limited spaces, the TACHE State Conference Vendor Committee is requesting applications to be submitted and then vendors will be selected to participate in the event. Additional information and the Vendor Application can be found below.

Vendor Dates & times

Wednesday, February 22, 2023: Set up begins at 1p.m. and you can showcase until 6p.m.

Thursday, February 23, 2022: 7a.m. to 5p.m.

Friday, February, 24, 2023: 7a.m. to 5p.m.

Hotel (lodging) is not included with any of these packages, and it will be the responsibility of the individual to obtain their own lodging. Parking is FREE at the hotel.

Vendors will be notified by January 15th, 2023. Vendors not selected will be placed on a waiting list and refunds will be issued no later than March 1, 2023.

***A $50 deposit will be required for all applicants and will be refunded if not selected as a vendor.***

By agreeing to participate, vendors are agreeing to the following:

  • If selected, vendor agrees to provide all necessary equipment, and supplies to display and sell merchandise. (Including but not limited to table, tents, lighting, etc.) Table cloths will NOT be provided.

  • Setting up a 6ft vendor table (table provided) to be displayed by 4p.m. on Wednesday, February 22nd.

  • Working the vendor table during the Vendor date and times listed above.

  • Showcase your products or services to our conference attendees.

  • cleaning up designated area at the end of the event and abide by guidelines.

  • DONATE one item to the Vendor Silent Auction Basket.

  • Payment is due, within one week of receiving your acceptance letter. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
