Conference Registration Now Open! 

A current 2027 - 2028  membership is required to receive the TACHE Member registration rate. 

Early Bird Registration will be until December 18th.

TACHE PAYMENT PLAN

We are excited to offer a payment plan option for the 2027 Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education  State Conference! This option allows members to pay their registration leading up to the conference.

This form will be used IN PLACE of the conference registration form online. Please do not fill out the registration form on the website. 

Eligibility

To participate in the payment plan, you must be a current State Member of TACHE at the time of sign-up. Membership status will be verified before payment plan approval.

Payment Details

• A non-refundable down payment of $200 is required with your first installment. $100 for student members.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 31, 2026.

• No refunds will be issued for payments under any circumstances.

• Failure to complete full payment by the deadline will result in forfeiture of early bird registration prices. Any payments made up until that point will be transferred to full conference registration ($475) price with no payment plan.

How It Works

Registration for this form will only be open from October 9th — December 31st. Once you complete this form you will receive an invoice outlining your balance for the early bird TACHE member conference registration rate ($425). Your initial $200 deposit is due at that moment and should be paid using that invoice. Additional payments can be made at your convenience but must be completed no later than December 31st.  Please note that your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received in full. Any payments made to conference registration fees are non-refundable.
