TACHE CONFERENCE AWARDS
CLOSED: AWARD NOMINATIONS
GRADUATE FELLOWSHIPS
The Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education (TACHE) invites applications from Texas residents pursuing graduate studies in community college leadership, higher education leadership or other graduate or professional academic program. TACHE will award four $2,000 fellowships. Fellowships will be awarded to students whose emphasis is in community college leadership, higher education leadership studies at the graduate level. Other fellowship awards will also be considered for students whose study emphasis is in university/post-graduate education (various fields) at the graduate level.
Fellowship winners will be notified on or no later than December 19, 2024, and the awards will be presented at the 50th Annual TACHE Conference, February 26-March 1, 2025 in Austin/Georgetown, Texas at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center.
Selected awardees will be notified and expected to register and attend the conference. Conference registration fee will be waived for the selected award recipients.

Call for Proposals for the Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education 49th Annual Conference are officially open. This year’s conference theme is Aquí Estamos Y No Nos Vamos: Creating Ecosystems of Resilience, Interconnection, and Solidarity Across the Education Landscape.
The Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education (TACHE) invites nominations/applications for the Distinguished University Faculty Award. The award recognizes superior levels of professionalism and accomplishment in the areas of teaching, research, or service. Any faculty member or administrator may submit a nomination. Individual faculty members may self-nominate.
Distinguished University Faculty Award winner will be notified on or no later than December 19, 2024 and the awards will be presented at the 50th Annual TACHE Conference, February 26-March 1, 2025 in Austin/Georgetown, Texas at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center. All awardees should be registered for the conference and plan on attending.
